Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst based out of our Tucker, GA office.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepares monthly consolidated management reports ensuring that this reporting is performed in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
  • Analysis of monthly results both i.) to verify the accuracy of the reporting and underlying source system information and ii.) to identify performance issues which need to be highlighted to management
  • Reviews financial accounting results to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting
  • Ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested
  • Work with business personnel to collect and analyze information for inclusion in the budget and periodic forecast updates
  • Help provide prepared by client information and respond to auditors’ additional queries
  • The ideal candidate will be process-oriented and systems savvy to enable us to define, re-engineer and automate our processes

Skills / Qualifications

  • BS / BA degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • Minimum of 3 years financial / analytical experience
  • Strong financial and general IT systems knowledge
  • Self-motivated, initiative and ability to achieve high quality standard
  • Excellent organizational and task management skills
  • Change / improvement orientation: ability to identify and lead positive changes
  • Pro-active and hands on “doer” as well as team player
  • Strong team player with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced rapidly growing and changing environment
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferred: some education, knowledge and experience in working with US and international GAAP
  • Optional: EPC industry experience

Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required
